I think I observed around the house on the 3rd under poor conditions but don't have many notes for the event. I did find the final assessment numbers but not much else.

I seem to have lost a records of my assessment of the comet this evening. The only thing I find is a note saying that by the time I got to MetOval the conditions had deteriorated. I have a note that the final assessment of the magnitude was 3.75. It was difficult seeing the comet and in SAR I was not able to find it at all with the Barlow inserted. I estimated the comet’s size to be 16.8’.
