Like I needed something else to break. The hard drive on my computer just crashed. Now I am reduced to blogging from my PDA. Not that there is much to blog about since It has been raining for the past week and is supposed to continue through Sunday. Then it will be too windy to observe until the rain starts up again midweek.

I think the major casualties in my astronomy life are the spreadsheet that tracks when I observed and where, and my solar observations for this month. I can back most of that out but will loose some details. All of my occultation map data has been lost but I can get the essential files from the web server.

While the weather has been lousy I created a catalog of Exoplanets for Planetarium and have started making memos of the descriptions of all the Messier objects I can look for this month.
