Atmospheric Conditions	Cloud Cover Clear with light haze Temperature 22°F Wind 12 MPH gusting to 29 MPH Humidity Low Feels Like 11°F Wind Chill I don't are any blatant clouds around but the sky is not as blue as it should be so I suspect high, thin stratus or maybe cirotratis. Until the wind picks up it doesn't feel too bad. There is about 3" of accumulated snow on the ground that got thoroughly permeated with rain and freezing rain ad it fell yesterday and froze solid overnight so there is no give to it when you walk on it. The surface crust doesn't even crack under my weight. Snow emergency streets around here have been plowed and salted but it doesn't look like the City has done anything to the side streets.
