I think NASA must have bookmarked my blog. The argument I made yesterday about most of the IAU's "classical planets" having not cleared their orbits, and in particular Pluto and Neptune being linked in that regard, has been echoed by a NASA's New Horizons Pluto mission lead in a BBC article today.


The weather is the pits around here now. It got bad yesterday afternoon and I wasn't able to observe the first crescent Moon and it is supposed to be bad through the weekend so I won't see the second or third crescent either. Another attempt for opposing crescents foiled.
