| Atmospheric Conditions | Last night CSC said it was going to be cloudy early then clear off but when I checked shortly after sunset it was already clear so I am saying conditions were better than forecast. But it was too windy to go out observing. It was a raw cold too.

Tonight the forecast is much the same but at 2100 EST the sky is still almost totally cloud covered so I am saying conditions are worse than forecast. It has been cloudy all day today and still a raw cold. The wind was gusty and NOAA says it will be around 15-20 mph through tomorrow and they still have fire warnings posted for NYC. There were even some snow flurries at mid-day today.
