Conditions		CSC says it will be clear tonight with above average transparency. There are clouds out there although they are scattered. I can see some stars but not the number I think I should be seeing if transparency is above average. I think conditions are worse than predicted. It doesn't matter much because it is too windy for astronomy. There were fire warnings up for NYC today because it was so windy and the humidity so low. I don't remember ever hearing that before in the city.
