Conditions		It has been cloudy and foggy most of the day today. It looked for a little while like it might clear off but then clouded over again. There is a shield of cloud moving down from the north.

I think there is good agreement between the forecast and the reality.

Strong gusty winds have developed tonight as a result of the steep pressure gradient around the lowpressure system that is exiting the area toward the NE.

Instruments The barometric pressure has been climbing steadily since it bottomed out this morning around 0830 EST.
