Conditions		The weather has been going downhill all day today. It started out clear and sunny but cloud cover increased throughout the day until sunset when I lost sight of the sky from indoors. I would have to say that conditions so far have been worse than CSC had forecast.

At 2200 EST I could see one "star" looking fuzzy behind a layer of cloud high in the west. It was Mars.

The transit strike is over, for now anyway. Trains are supposed to be back in operation tomorrow so I will be able to get to TotL the next time the weather is good.
