Atmospheric Conditions	Tonight was another of those nights that was supposed to have been good but wasn't. I was in a meeting on the lower west side and when I got out I couldn't see any stars. But the first subway I came to was the C which would drop me off on Central Park West so I took it up to walk through the park in case conditions were better when I got into a dark sky. When I got into the park I could see some stars but the sky was milky. We had noticed last night that the World Trade Center towers of light memorial is back and tonight it was joined by a pillar of light from nearly every building south of the park. They all converged on the zenith. It was warmer that it has been on previous nights, probably due to clouds/humidity preventing radiative cooling. Transparency Fair Seeing Good
