| Atmospheric Conditions | The temperature was very comfortable with little wind and no perceptible humidity. But the sky was milky and few stars were visible from this light polluted location. There was lots of boiling across the surface of the moon.

| Comments | The terminator passed east of Anaximenes, through J Herschel, East of the Jura Mountains, East of Kepler, Letronne and Schiller.
Rays were becoming visible around Copernicus and through Mare Serenitatis. Sinus Iridum and the border on Mare Imbrium toward Plato look very much like the top of a Valentines heart. |
