| Comments | The Moon was the closest to the zenith that it ever gets at 1804-1816 EST tonight, 77.2º at TotL. It certainly looked high but I can't say that it was perceptibly higher than in other years. The process of changing elevation is probably so gradual that you don't notice it as it is happening.
