Conditions		As I was coming home from dinner the stars were starting to appear. It took a little bit of time until enough had appeared for me to figure out what I was seeing, particularly since I didn't have my PDA with me. Clouds were thick near the horizon to the south and came and went overhead. I had thought to go down to Central Park for some stargazing tonight but from what I am seeing here it looks like the forecast is optimistic.
