10 July 2004
| Observing Location | The Oval, Parkchester, The Bronx, NY This is not the best place to observe anything because of the large spotlights illuminating the fountain at night. I had been out trying to find a place to see a bright Iridium flare. While on my way home I was checking out what could be seen from the oval when an alarm went off in my PDA for the ISS pass so I stayed to observe it. |

| Atmospheric Conditions | It was warm and humid. The sky was a light gray even well after sunset indicating the presence of clouds. |

| Comments | Low and dim. If I hadn't known what I was looking for I would have missed it. Heavens Above was listing it at magnitude 2.5. |
